During a crisp spring day, partipants were introduced to the latest social media concepts and how impactful photo story telling can be used together. Photography for social media is best when the posts are on brand and have a timeliness to support a core message. Covered in the one day workshop was how to developing a marketing plan with the imagery that goes with it for social media. Ideas were presented that could be tailored to specific wineries and their marketing needs.
The second half of the wine photography workshop, David Livingston lead a live photo demonstration of how to photograph food and wine parings. The photos show a freshness seen in the photography in current food magazines and leading wine blogs. The four star restaurant La Mere Germaine was the location for the photo shoot and the creators of the beautiful and tasteful food shown below.
The day was a perfect way to taste the terror, the village and the fruits of the table.
